Use this form to record the hours that you spent on Wisconsin River Valley Trout Unlimited projects. This is very important and is used for our annual report. These numbers are used by Trout Unlimited as part of a instrument which determines our chapter effectiveness rating.
Conservation projects not only include "hands on" work but can include providing comment and work for environmental legislation that has a demonstrated conservation benefit.
Education hours may include projects which have a conservation component or have a direct result in new chapter members.
Fund Raising hours can be included in our CEI hours to the extent that they provide funding for conservation and education activities.
Local Board Meeting hours are those you spent as a board member preparing for and attending a WRVTU board meeting as a member of the board.
State Council Activity hours are those you spend in any activity which benefits the Wisconsin State TU Council.
Please record each activity separately. If your activity or project is done over a period of time, please enter the date of its completion. Be sure to include time spent in preparation, travel and any other time used to fulfill this activity.
Thank you for supporting WRVTU with your time!
